  Terrible service. Drive through is the longest I've ever waited for coffee. Inside, I've seen staff walk away from the till when people were waiting in line, giving no explanation. Staff apparently have difficulty understanding point system and may not get rewards correct. Asking to be buzzed in to the bathroom when staff is busy is like pulling teeth from a goat. At one point I've been refused a flavour of tea that they claimed was empty. In reality, full boxes were on the shelf in the retail section. I pointed this out and was told "we can't do that". Seems easier if I just come in with my own coffee and take a seat!

  Coffee isn't bad and Haley the barista is extremely friendly and always greets with a big smile on her face.

  I stop here on my commute most days & always thought how quick the drive-thru was. Now i know why as i walked in today & witnessed the 2 previous customers wait 15 minutes to receive there drinks while drive-thru customers wait no longer then a minute. Needless to say i also waited 15 & jus about left my drink as i was late for work.

  As much as I am a Starbucks regular and love going. I only go to this store if I absolutely HAVE to. They almost always incorrectly make my drink that I DON'T special order. The drive thru is horrendous. The wait can be 20mins or longer at times and they screw up or are out of what you want to order 90% of the time. In the 10+ years that I have been occasionally visiting this location these issues have never changed. I don't think it's just a management issue, clearly it's an owner/operator issue.
